GISB provides space only. Users of the space are responsible for their own setups and room restoration. You are responsible for cleanup. Tabletops must be wiped down. All trash, regardless of the amount, must be emptied and taken to the dumpsters near the auditorium. If you are using the kitchen, please read the rules for use.
Rooms must be returned to the state they were found in. Tables and chairs may not be moved from one area to another without prior approval. This is especially true for classrooms. Please add 15 minutes to both the beginning and the end of your reservation time for setup, teardown, and resetting the room to the default configuration. Include details of your event in the “Special Requests or Needs” box on the request form so that we may support your event most effectively.
